We have implemented Odoo for clients alongside SAP and NetSuite for a while now. Becoming an official partner changes three practical things. We work directly with an Odoo account manager rather than through a reseller. We are the first line of support for our clients’ Odoo systems, which is a requirement of the program and how we preferred to work anyway. And our status is verifiable — we are listed in Odoo’s partner directory, so you do not have to take our word for it.
There is a second reason this matters for the companies we serve. Odoo has a deep partner network in the United States and a thin one across West Africa. We hold registered, staffed entities in Columbus and Ouagadougou, which means a company running Odoo across both markets can work with one partner and one team instead of a US implementer and a local subcontractor who have never spoken.
